Babur Rabbani is a seasoned Information Technology leader with over 30 years of experience across the IT, banking, real estate, and insurance industries. He currently serves as a Director and Agile Delivery Lead at Travelers Insurance. Babur brings deep expertise in large-scale IT and financial systems management, SAFe Agile methodologies, team development, project management, and delivering measurable results through continuous design and process improvement.
He is a Certified SAFe Agilist and holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science. Babur is also the author of a book on systems programming, covering advanced system-level concepts in computer science. Beyond his professional work, Babur is a dedicated academic and professional coach. He has taught expert-level courses and led seminars and workshops on computer programming languages, systems analysis and design, project management, operating system design and architecture, systems programming, and other advanced IT subjects.
Babur is passionate about volunteerism and fostering strong, supportive communities. He is an active member of PAACT, where he serves as Vice President of Media and Communications. In addition, he is actively involved in several charitable organizations and community service initiatives.
